Draft Plan & Public Meeting
The first draft of the Town of Ridgeland's Comprehensive Plan update is now available for review. You can view the draft Plan by clicking the link below. If you have comments about the draft Plan, you can submit them on this project website, on the "Contact Us" page. You can also share comments at the public meeting, scheduled for April 16th.
Planning Process
The Comprehensive Plan is expected to be completed over a 12-month timeframe, beginning in July of 2024. The major tasks include conducting background research, receiving feedback from the public, and developing a new Comprehensive Plan to guide land use and development decisions throughout the Town of Ridgeland. The process is outlined below.

Council Workshop Presentation
On December 19th, the Town Council held a workshop to discuss the Comprehensive Planning Process. During this meeting, the project team presented a summary of the key findings to date and reviewed the initial "emerging themes" which will be used to develop the recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan.
